Gayton School Stage
As parents of children who attend Gayton CP School we are constantly amazed at the quality and variety of performances staged by the school every year.
In 2007 we were treated to the delights of Grease performed by the pupils of the school, and adapted by the teachers and support staff.
Over two nights the performances were truly wonderful and it was a credit to both staff, pupils and parents who all did their respective bits to make this performance swing.
The performances were greatly enhanced by the addition of some staging which was very kindly loaned to Gayton by Campion School in Bugbrooke. Such was the difference being able to see the children perform, it made our decision easy when looking for a worthy cause for the first Gayton Gig, we wish to assist Gayton CP School to get its own stage so that future generations of families can enjoy similar magical performances such as 'Grease' for years to come.
